We are a pet-friendly community welcoming dogs & cats at a full-grown weight limit of 60 pounds. We allow 2 pets per home. Pets 1-35lbs with a deposit of $300.00 per pet and a non-refundable fee of $300.00 per pet, pets 36-60lbs with a deposit of $500 per pet and a non-refundable fee of $500. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
Covid-19 Social Distancing
In an effort to do our part in preventing the spread of Covid-19, we are practicing social distancing precautions, but our office is open to the public and we are offering guided or self-guided tours if you prefer.
